Refund policy

We hope that you are happy with all of your purchases from 128, but we know that not everything will always work out perfectly! Online purchases are eligible for store credit ONLY and have to be returned within 14 days of receiving your item. We cannot accept any returns after this time period. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at shop128clothing@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. 

You will receive your store credit in the form of an E-gift card. It will be sent to your email after we receive the items being returned!

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Damaged Items

Damaged items must be reported as soon as you receive your item. Send us a picture at shop128clothing@gmail.com and we will fix it!
